UtiliContract
A derivatives (or commodity) trading system with the following features:

• Predefined contract types but allows privileged users to define their own contract structures and rules. (You can use us if you like but you can define a new product when and where it suits you).
• Deal slip generation incorporating links to hedging strategies to meet requirements of IAS39 and related accounting standards.
• Dynamic position reporting at the portfolio and counterparty level including credit risk, M2M, VaR, and volume exposures.
• Environmental products such as RECs, GECs and NGACs (can be purchased stand alone as part of out UtiliGreen product).

UtiliRisk
Essentially a Middle Office system incorporating:

• M2M and Mark to Model calculations.
• Credit risk calculations.
• Earnings at Risk or Value at Risk calculations that can be customised by UtiliSolutions to meet user's specific calculation methodologies.
• Financial and Management Reporting.
• IAS 39/AASB 139 accounting standard features.

UtiliProfile
A small module that allows:

• Profile generation to be used as the basis for the UtiliSales module.
• Storing forecasts for portfolio analysis.
• Quoting and generation of customer specific transfer pricing.

UtiliPrice
A pricing and valuation tool used to value options and profiled products through:

• Capturing forward curve data (AFMA, futures, other sources).
• Generating half hourly forward prices from forward curve data sources (based on mean reversion jump diffusion modeling concepts).
• Options and swaps pricing tools utilising the forward curve data for the valuation of caps, swaptions, asians and other options. These tools can be used as a basis for Marking to Model.
• Retail transfer prices for profiled loads.

UtiliSales
A retail solution designed to:

• Manage retail customer prospects and contracts.
• Allow network and retail pricing structures to be defined.
• Manage customer pricing including volume management.
• Automatic retail quote preparation and management.

UtiliBill
An extension of the UtiliSales quoting system designed to provide complex billing solutions for the contestable retail market.

UtiliNEM
Essentially a physical trading system that can be used by Australian NEM participants to interface to NEMMCO systems. It incorporates:

• Bidding interface for generators or MNSPs or Demand side bidders (energy and ancillary services).
• Pool settlements interfacing with client's meter data warehouse/ meter database.
• Pool reconciliations with NEMMCO settlement statements.
• Support for reallocation agreements and the calculation of prudential requirements in accordance with NEMMCO's MCL formulae.

UtiliGreen
This module will be available in the next product release scheduled for December 2005.

UtiliGas
This module will be available in our 2006 product release.
